Portsmouth Water has set out a new vision outlining how, in the face of climate change, increasing hot, dry summers and a rapidly growing population, Portsmouth Water will provide an affordable, reliable and sustainable supply of high-quality water.
They have identified four priorities:
- Secure sustainable water supplies for customers, which protect and enhance the environment in a changing world
- Be at the frontier of delivering high-quality, resilient, net-zero services – for customers, the environment and the region
- Co-create solutions which deliver customers’, communities’, and stakeholders’ priorities
- Affordable water for all. Always.
They have set out these priorities in a new 25-year Vision document titled “Excellence in Water. Always”. This document which you can find attached below, is the first step. Based the document, and the comments they receive, they'll will be creating our 25-year Business Plan.
