I believe that every Member in this place—on both sides of the House, in every party—came here wanting to reduce inequality and boost social mobility. At the most basic level, there will always be inequality.
I thank my hon. Friend for securing this debate. I met my constituent Jack when I went to visit our local hospital. It is not surprising that I met him, because he spends six months in the hospital every year. He is now running out of treatment; he has tried everything.
Gillian Keegan MP hosts the DigitalAgenda Awards Reception in the Houses of Parliament. The Rt Hon Mims Davies MP, Minister for Sports and Civil Society gave a keynote speech on how digital technologies can promote social good.
Loxwood Primary School’s library was opened by Gillian Keegan, Chichester’s Member of Parliament. Before the opening of the library, everyone who came had tea and biscuits in the school hall. Members of the PTA, past and present, were invited.
