Homelessness

Gillian Keegan MP has been working to address homelessness in the Chichester area. Currently there are between 60-80 homeless and rough sleepers in the City. Gillian has also been working on this issue nationally with her role on the Public Accounts Select Committee.

Fairer Funding in our Schools

The fairer funding campaign is ongoing, I am deeply aware of the underfunding particularly in schools within the Chichester Constituency, and the wider county.  I appreciate that our schools are under ever increasing financial pressure, and are in need of better funding. 

Southern Rail

I am very concerned about the disruption caused to constituents by the poor service on parts of Southern Rail’s network. Please be assured I will continue to give this matter my close attention, and do all I can to bring an end to the unnecessary disruption for my constituents. 

Chichester Courts

I have been working with Edward Cooke, and the leaders of both councils to find an alternative court provision here in Chichester. It is fundamentally important we retain access to justice services.

A27

The proposed improvement scheme for the A27 has been a contentious subject amongst constituents. I will continue to give this matter my attention and do what I can to support the objective to secure a viable scheme that will improve the congestion residents face on a daily basis.
